Computer Use Policy


Any computer provided by Barmetrix to any employee is understood to be used for approved company use only. Employees may use the following programs for official Barmetrix jobs:


  • Pilot Auditing Software

  • Pilot Sync

  • Assistant Checkout

  • Pilot R2 Maintenance Utilities

  • Office 365

  • Zoho Assist

  • Adobe Acrobat

  • Snagit (or other approved screen capturing software)

  • Skype

  • Able2Extract

  • WinRAR


At no time is any employee to ever install any piece of software or run any executable (.exe) file on any Barmetrix computer unless they have been given explicit approval by a barmetrix owner or head office.


Employees may visit the following websites on their Barmetrix company computer:

  • Any site sent to them by their Barmetrix supervisor or by Barmetrix Head Office

  • www.Webtender.com

  • Google search (for product images and relevant industry information only)
